Refund and Returns Policy

At Goldgram Vault, we strive for transparency. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
Important Note: Gold and Silver prices fluctuate daily. Once your order is processed and gold/silver is credited to your account, it is generally non-refundable.
1. Refund Policy
- Refund is allowed only if the payment is made but the order is not yet processed (within 2 hours of payment).
- If gold/silver is already purchased and credited in your digital account, refund will not be issued.
- Refund will be processed in the same payment method (UPI / Bank) within 5-7 business days.
- Refund amount will be the original amount paid minus any transaction charges (if applicable).
2. Returns Policy (Physical Delivery)
- Once you request physical delivery of Gold/Silver coins or bars, returns are not accepted.
- Physical gold/silver delivered will be Hallmark certified 24K. Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
- In case of manufacturing defect (rare), we will replace the product after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Any loss due to market price fluctuation.
- Partial or full cancellation after order confirmation.
- Payments made through promotional offers or discounts.
- Any suspicion of fraud or misuse of the platform.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order only before it is processed. After processing, cancellation is not possible.
5. How to Request Refund / Return
- Email us at support@goldgramvault.com with your Order ID and reason.
- Provide payment proof and transaction details.
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
6. Governing Law
All refund and return matters are subject to the laws of India and jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat only.
