1. Gold/Silver Saving Scheme
Goldgram Vault offers a digital Gold and Silver Saving Scheme where customers can buy 24K pure gold and silver starting from ₹100.
2. No Interest & No Return Guarantee
This is a pure saving scheme. We do NOT provide any interest or fixed returns. There is no return guarantee or any kind of profit promise. The value of your gold/silver will depend on current market rates only.
3. Daily Rate Transparency
Gold and Silver rates are updated daily and are completely transparent. You can check live rates on our website before buying.
4. 24K Hallmark Gold & Silver
All gold and silver sold on Goldgram Vault is 24K purity with Hallmark certification. Physical delivery will be in the form of Hallmark coins/bars.
5. GST Charges
GST will be charged extra as per Government rules on every purchase. GST amount will be clearly shown before payment.
6. Delivery Commitment
We are committed to only Gold/Silver delivery Charge Extra. You can take physical delivery of your accumulated gold/silver as per the scheme rules.
7. Payment Methods
Payment is accepted only through:
- UPI
- QR Code
- Bank Transfer
Cash payments are not accepted.
8. General Terms
- You must be 18+ years old and a resident of India.
- All transactions are final and non-refundable except as per our refund policy.
- Market risk is borne by the customer. Goldgram Vault is not responsible for any loss due to price fluctuation.
- We reserve the right to change prices, fees, or scheme rules with prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat only.
